Coaching can benefit all, from novice riders seeking introductory skills, to seasoned experts looking to improve on specific aspects of their riding.

Below outlines three levels, and a selection of bullet points within each level highlighting key skills found in that category. Often you can find that skills can overlap between each category, although this is a good starting point.

Fundamentals (Beginners)

  • Bike set up
